Grandma & Grandpa Miller & Uncle Jermey & Aunt Jennie have 3 little kittens....which Kaysen is absolutely SCARED to death of. He is never really around animals so when he sees one close by and they start to chase him it SCARES him a bit...okay a ton. He runs over to Jerry or me saying,"oooooh, oooooh kitty." (in a half crying voice)No matter how many times we try to tell him they are nice kittens he still gets SCARED. So this was a monumental moment when Jerry was finally able to get him to pet the kitty. Then before we knew it he was trying to give the kitten a kiss...only if Dad was holding the kitten though. However this didn't last too long. Any other time we tried to get him to pet it he wouldn't do it again unlsess his Daddy was there holding the kitten. I guess that he feels SAFE with his Dad around....which is definately a good thing. Maybe one day he'll outgrow being so AFRAID of kittens.
