Father's Day 2011

Jerry had to work last night and tonight. When he walked in the door from work that morning he saw his homemade cards on the table along with a delicious breakfast.

Kaysen did a wonderful job on his card this year and made it all by himself. I just had to write some of the words on another paper for him to copy. But many of the words he sounded out and wrote by himself. He sure is getting smart. Gage didn't want to make his own card...he just wanted to add a few scribbles to Kaysen's card.

Then Jerry headed to bed and the boys and I got ready for church. It really didn't feel like any typical Father's Day, since he was in bed for most of the day but we hope he know how much we love and appreciate him.

He's been and amazing father and husband. Especially in the past little bit...he's been cleaning and helping me out so much it's amazing and humbling. I sure am lucky!
