Whopper...

See that whopper of a melon???

It came from our garden! Weighing in at at least 25lbs...no joke.

Our garden was a bit of a flop this year. We had so many other things happening that it often got put on the back burner. We still had a pretty good crop of delicious fruits and veggies but it was nothing like other years. 

However, we've never been successful with watermelons...until this year.

They were huge!

They were delicious!

Now I'm sad because we have no more...but hopefully next year they do this well.
