First Day...

This BIG boy started his first day of pre-school today!!!

He was so excited to wear his new clothes and backpack.

Yesterday we went over to Ms. Nikki's for an Open House. We got to see all of the new and exciting things that Kaysen will be doing. He LOVED it there. He was so excited to go that he HAD to take his backpack even though I tried to explain to him that we weren't actually staying there for school.

He woke up this morning just WANTING so badly to go to Ms. Nikki's house.

Finally, 8:40am rolled around and Kaysen RAN out the door and headed straight for Ms. Nikki's house. (Which, just happens to be 3 houses down from mine) He didn't want to wait for the rest of the family to catch up. He just wanted to go to "Big Boy Pee-school. (Yes...the r is missing in that word...this is how he says it right now.)

We finally convinced him to wait for us to cross the road and away he went. Pushing his favorite backpack all the way to Ms. Nikki's.

He is over there right now.

I can't help but wonder...

Is he loving it?

Is he missing me?

Is he learning?

Is he being nice?

How many kids has he stolen something from?

Has he told her NO yet?

How many times has he asked her "why"??

and most of all...

Will he want to go back tomorrow??

Let's hope so!! :)
